What will be the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping all over India. There are no hidden charges applicable except the ones that can be charged by your Credit Card Company or online payment gateway. (If any).

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of 2-8 business days?

We follow a minimum delivery cycle of 2 to 8 business days. Some factors including non-availability of stock, the delivery cycle on the logistic partner’s end, delivery location, weather conditions & natural calamities may cause a delay in delivery. In case you have requested a change in location, the delivery time for your order will vary due to geographical reasons. During the holiday season or other times, the delivery can be affected by the heavy demand for products in a particular region. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

We always feel happy listening to our customer’s queries & helping them with the best solutions. In case you want to return any product, you can write to us at orders@pushpanjali.net with a reason to return. If it fits our return requirement, we’ll process a pick-up for you. You’ll receive an email consisting of a return label & a feasible pick-up time by our logistic partner.
